 I can't find National Geographic channel although it shows I have it on the EE app - any ideas how to get it?

I feel like that screen may be out of date, it shows that AMC HD is available but AMC has been withdrawn from EETV quite some time ago.

Thanks for the info, the screenshot was taken today, but I guess they haven't updated the channel list on the app

I can’t find anything like that in the app. Are you sure you don’t mean the website?

Where I get::-

‘This service isn’t working right now’

 So it looks like it might have been hastily pulled, to be put right.
