NOW update has landed on Apple TV

Just checked and NOW has been updated on Apple TV. I had to go and find it in the app store and click update.

First impressions are its similar to the web UI and pause and rewind functionality is intact. However you can't rewind for the previous 2 hours anymore. You can only rewind to the beginning of the current programme.

Catch up availability for sports seems to be as painfully slow as always so no improvement there and the EE TV Box Pro remains under the TV to provide that missing functionality.

I've updated the app this morning and I've noticed the restart current programme feature chopped off the first minute or two of some programmes...

Overall the UI I think is very good: You can tell it shares the same underlying platform that is used by Sky Stream, which is let down by the poor hardware it runs on. 

This new app on Apple TV seems much more stable and I would like to think will be a better experience as a result overall; although I still think Sky Sports is generally better on a Sky service like Stream as opposed to Now.

Let's hope the new app is improved and refined over time...
