Moving TNT sports from EETV to Mobile TNT Sorts on HBO MAX

I’ve got a full works mobile plan with the possibility of a TNT Sports on HBO Max add on included.  I’ve gat TNT Sports  as  part of EETV with my broadband contract but I have to ring up every month since March to correct my bill as they always charge £5 more than I’m contracted for. Since EE are unable to correct my bill month on month can I transfer my TNT sports package to my mobile contract.  I’m currently in a contract for EE TV with TNT Sports until March 2028 but with the problems I’ve had I want to cancel the TV from my broadband and add TNT sports to my mobile account.

Hi @trevQPK

The Mobile plans and Broadband services are completely separate, which means it's not possible to transfer a bundle/product from a broadband plan to a mobile plan and vice versa.
Adding to your mobile and removing from your broadband would be two different transactions.

If you select TNT Sports as your Mobile add-on, you can de-link your TNT account from the EETV subscription and link it to the EE mobile add-on subscription instead.

Just be aware, you may be charged a termination fee if you cancel your EETV package early.

I’m hopeful it is sorted now.  Rang up and explained my issue again and went through the options again.

1. It would cost £395 to cancel the EETV contract and then use the TNT Sports mobile contract inclusive add on

2. One of the agents told me that I shouldn’t have had a discount in the first place and there was nothing that they could do!

3. After arguing that if numerous agents had got it wrong in the first place then I was a victim of their bad procedures.

4. Got escalated to a master DI in Dundee who went through all the info and agreed that I should get the discount and he was able to get to a special form in the system to set it to the correct amount.  He said that in the past they had tried to set it but did not have the authority to permanently set it and use “the special system form”.

Next months bill estimate now seems to show the right amount.  Shall see what happens after that.
