Missing channels after factory reset

I have an EE Mini tv box (model DIW3930) as part of the package with EE. Its only connection is by broadband, which is wired not wi-fi.

I have 64 TV and 124 subscription channels. Some TV channels are missing including 7, 15, 16, 19, 20 (the list goes on).

How can I get the missing channels added? Although I've said that this was after a factory reset, it is a new box and has never had them.

Note that some Freeview channels aren't available in IP mode as of yet either as the mini or edge box does not offer an aerial option.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

That box does not have an aerial option so operates in what EETV refer to as Internet mode so  its has the reduced FreetoAir range of changes.  So numbers of FreetoAir channels provided seem to be of the right order.
