Had EETv box pro installed with full fibre broadband since last week. Tried to order 2 mini boxes, but told I can’t because of incorrect order date from Outreach. Other than wait until 24th July, anybody got any suggestions how I can work around this admin blockage?

Our customer support team will be able to check your account and see if there are any options, if you give them a call on 150.

Thank you. Repeated calls to support and sales. Nobody is able to order two additional boxes or tell me why they can’t be ordered. One Guide very helpfully changed my accounts to offset the £10/month cost, in doing so switched 3 of the 4 sims to 20GB from unlimited. I’d rather pay the £10!

Sorry you've had this experience @sdb1000 - if the agent is unable to raise the order, they're supposed to raise a fault instead. I can only recommend you call again, and insist that a fault is raised.
