Had EETv box pro installed with full fibre broadband since last week. Tried to order 2 mini boxes, but told I can’t because of incorrect order date from Outreach. Other than wait until 24th July, anybody got any suggestions how I can work around this admin blockage?

Our customer support team will be able to check your account and see if there are any options, if you give them a call on 150.
Hopefully, they can help get the order put through for you.
