Mini box not working! No channels

  • We had ee installed about 6 weeks ago. 

Got main box in where we live mainly and mini box is in rom where my husband likes to watch football. 

Twice now there was no sound at all, and nearly every time we turn on the tv it says no channels available, spoke to someone on the phone last time and they did a complete reset of the box, but its still doing it, we have to turn everything off every time we turn on the tv!

The box is only about 5ft away from the router. 

Now, we cant keep on like this! husband missed half of the England football match and isnt happy!

If i speak to someone at EE will they send out a new box as this one clearly isnt working, and we are paying for something that isnt working!

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your TV Mini box and they were not resolved by the full reset. As the reset has not fixed the issue I would recommend reaching back out to our TV technical team for further diagnostic and if the issue does point at needing to replace the box they will be able to arrange that for you.
