Hi,
I've been with EE since September and the mini box is continually needing to reboot whenever we go to use it.
The unit is in the conservatory and is used maybe twice a week. Whenever we use it, it wants to go through a. Complete reboot process, mostly needing a power reset at some point during the process (locks up with blank screen or 4.1.1 in the top right corner).
Now it has hung up on the YouView loading screen.
Given that it reboots/hangs, I doubt if it is a wifi problem. It's around 10m from the router and all other devices have a good signal in that location.
Does this sound like a faulty unit?

To get the Mini Box looked into, please get in touch with our broadband tech guides. They will run some troubleshooting and let you know if the box is faulty and needs replaced.
