Before 2020 BT now EE had more channels like National Geographic and more MTV channels like MTV Classics. I presume these channels were removed due to licensing.

Any idea if these channels will come back in the next year or so?

We still have most of them - they moved from being in the BT TV app, to the Now TV app (and discovery+ for National Geographic).

I’ll check on the NOW app!

I'm struggling to find the National Geographic Channel anywhere. Can anyone tell me how (or if) I can locate it. I'm Missing some of my favourite shows!

National Geographic is a part of Disney, not Discovery and it doesn't give the linear channel on Disney plus. It used to be on Now TV, but they switched the offering about.

On a separate note I see a competitor has regained CNN today. As they are apart of the Warner Bros group and we already have the Discovery channel, it would be nice to see that back at least.

I also cannot find all the MTV channels - there is only one listed in the guide, are they on Now TV somewhere?

@THE-END the main MTV channel is part of the EE entertainment package but the other MTV channels aren't.

If you have the EE apple 4k box there are a selection of MTV channels on the pluto TV app which is free to use.

You can also download the pluto app on Fire sticks and Roku devices and the app is also included in some smart TVs by default.
