Lost TV channels

I have just switched from BT to EE and have now lost a number of channels I used to watch. Can anyone explain why this is?

And many others. But you don’t need 101 upward HD channels, as 1-5 are in HD, and +1 channels are obtained by just watching the regular channel on catchup, in IP Mode, which is clearly what you are using:-

What devices do you have with EETV? If you have the new Apple TV box, or are talking about Box Minis, then IP Mode is all they provide. If you want the full range of aerial channels, you will have to use your TV, with an aerial plugged in, and the TV tuned, at least for all the channels that IP Mode doesn’t provide.

But if you are talking about a Box Pro, then plug an aerial in, do Settings/Factory Reset, and this time select Aerial Mode, and you will get back to what you are used to; a full set of Freeview channels, SD and HD, with +1s where available.

Same here, bt tv was working OK until they joined with ee, then they did upgrade tgat lost all my recordings, then new ee box was sent and that lost a lot of channels that I had and failed to record other channels. Not impressed
