Lost Sports Connection on TV

I recently had to factory reset my TV and have lost the Sports Add-on incl;uded in my package.

Anyone know how to re-connect it?

I never use my GMail to sign in.  I once had my details (held on a retailer's server) hacked and attempted blackmail carried out.  Google will not remove that email from circulation!!!! I will/never use Google unless I have to. I DO NOT TRUST GOOGLE AT ALL. 
I now have a complex system which allows me to know if an account is hacked anywhere, I know what data that account contains. (My career was financial)
Long winded but this then compromises/complicates my system

It's not possible for a factory reset to cause that @KenSinclair48 

What issue are you having specifically? Are you trying to watch the channel from the TV Guide, or from one of the apps? What error do you see?

Sorry, but it has. I have had to re-sign in to ALL my Apps; when I get to
Discovery+ (within Virgin or by the Discovery app) it wants to charge me as
a new user!!
I cannot find anywhere how to re-connect through my contract

Ah ok, so it's in the apps. Your subscription hasn't been disconnected - you're just not logging in with the same account that you were before. Can you think of any other email addresses you may have used previously?

No I only use one account for this sort of sign-on

You have a Gmail account - could you possibly have used googlemail.com previously, and you're trying gmail.com now? They'd be treated as different accounts, even though they go to the same place. 

Discovery don't allow us to view what email address you used, but I can reset it to allow you to register again with a different email address. If you'd like me to do this, email me at tv.apps@ee.co.uk with your account number.

Your post has been marked as solved - does that mean you worked out what email address was used?  If not, then the 2 remaining options are:

1. Email me, and I'll reset it

2. Contact discovery+, who may be able to tell you what email address was used

I tried signing on to Discovery website and changed the password to new
one. This has allowed me to carry on.
