I just signed up to ee tv and managed to link netflix and discovery no problem through links on welcome email, I set up now account through the same email but it is just asking me to purchase a package through now tv, I used the email that was given when i placed order, could someone help please

Your order got stuck I'm afraid, so your Now TV subscription hasn't been added yet. I can manually fix this, however I'll need you to please email me at eetvsupport@ee.co.uk. I'll need to send you a PIN via email which only lasts 10 minutes, so I need you to be ready to send that PIN directly back to me - you don't need to be at home for this, just somewhere with access to your email.
Email me when you're ready.
