Lack of channels

Hi I'm new to the chat forum, I dont seem to have tv channels through my EE tv box I have returned and have also reset it and still nothing, 

Please  can someone please help me

Hi @Mary140 

Are you using an aerial plugged into the back of the box or are you using the mode where all of your channels are delivered over the internet?

If you are using an aerial, what happens when you plug it directly into your TV? Does it work OK?

If you are using the internet mode, is your EE broadband live and active?
