I moved from Sky to EE back in march & I’ve got to say I’m liking the change however the only thing that’s dissapointing is the lack of UHD for skysports. I’ve got a decent set up regarding tv & soundbar but letting it down is the lack of 4k content. Any plans for this in near future?

Now have recently introduced UHD content and EE are working on making it available across their devices.

Now have launched UHD recently, as Ultraboost. There are a wide range of devices that can currently support it, and also many that can’t; you can read on the Now website the breakdown of which devices can, and which can’t.
However, the issue with Now on EE TV is a little more complex; you can’t yet add Ultraboost to a Now account run through EE TV. So even with devices that currently support Ultraboost, a Now account from EE TV can’t use it.
EE are working very hard to make Ultraboost available to EE TV Now customers, and to ensure that devices offered by EE TV can support it, so watch this space, but it is not yet available to EE TV Now customers.
Also note that LG TVs, even when they can support Ultraboost, still can’t support 50fps on Sky Sports, which I am told (I don’t have it myself) rather limits it for people.

Hi, did you manage to find out if EE Sky Sports is in UHD? I’m just in he process of moving to EE with their Big Sport package and I thought they said it would be in 4k but not sure after reading your post.
If you can get UHD Sky Sports could you please let me know which streaming device you use.
Thanks, Paul

It’s not here yet. Some of the TNT sport might be in UHD, if you have paid for the resolution upgrade,
