Itv channel not avaia

Hi, I have a problem with all itv free view channels, opens on TV then locks me out saying that I need to log in, and yet I have access to it X already, and I can watch itv 1,2,3 and 4 if I record the programme a couple of minutes after it has started, am confused

Good evening @PDR2423!

I've had a check over this on my own TV, and whilst you do initially need to sign into ITV X to access ITV channels in IP mode, it should be good to go once that's sorted. 

How often are you finding this coming up, and when you stop watching TV do you turn this off at the wall?
