Issue with the EE app

Hi, my EE app doesn’t recognise that I’ve got a subscription to a TV package through EE. Everytime I open my app, it’s giving me the option to take out a TV package, but I’ve already got a TV package. Any ideas what’s causing this ?

I have exactly the same issue as do many others but no one seems to be able to answer or solve the problem.

There are known issues with showing account subscriptions in the app I'm afraid - they're working on them.  It's all view-only at the moment anyway, as you can't currently change subscriptions in the app or online - you need to call.

I therefore wouldn't worry that the app isn't showing correctly at the moment.  It should correct itself eventually.

@TheMrDingle @JED14 @DarrenDev It might be worth checking again to see if your TV subscription is shown on the App. Mine wasn’t yesterday but has started showing today. Hope that helps

@TheMrDingle @JED14 Think this is all sorted now - or at least it is for me. However to get  my TV & Sports subscription to show up on the My EE App I have to go into the Broadband option, select bill then view bill. The bill is split between Broadband and TV. Once I’ve done this if I go back into the Manage option on the App it shows TV & Sport as being subscribed to. Unfortunately once I leave and close the App this isn’t saved and I have to repeat the process to show TV & Sport as being subscribed to.

Hope this helps
