Im about to get EE TV and Broadband. Any recommend a friend deals?

Im sitting waiting for engineer to hook me up with EE TV and BB.

If all goes well id like to recommend my mum

Ive just cancelled her astronomical Virgin tv but kept the BB for now.

Is there any bonus from EE for her or me by recommending here.

Well open each canceled at the last minute and I've wasted a day and kernel for Our rescue dog 

 

So let's pause any recommendations I'm now without TV and potentially broadband 😩😩😩

Ah, I'm sorry to hear that, @Markybhoy75.

If fibre is installed already with your previous provider, and the line is now active with us, you may be able to set the EE Router up. That way you may at least have your broadband up and running until the engineer is re-scheduled.

Oliver didn't turn up.

Oliver is probably in bother.

 

I was here again 8 till 1 they said.

 

He never showed he never turned into this street i put my dog cameras out facing the main road and the fronti.

 

Text from open reach to say he's here. He never came. 

 

Openrech chap i spoke to say he put that it was wrong address.

 

It's not 

 

He's supposed to put photographic proof.

 

He didn't.

 

I have neighbour two doors along who works for openrech he'll be getting a chap as i want him to escalate this as well as my escalation you have no idea how much problems this has caused us today I'm still fuming.

Would you like some info to chase it to happy to give it via personal message.

 

2 days I've wasted waiting on these idiots.

 

I want answers and I'll get them.

Thanks for the update, @Markybhoy75. I'm sorry to hear that the engineer didn't arrive, I understand how frustrating it must be.

I would like to get this looked into from our side, so I'll send you a private message for a bit more information.

It's my weekend off this weekend, so I'm hoping the weather stays like it is at the moment. 🙂
