I keeop getting YVM102. I'm not sure how many times I can reset everything

Why does the box think it's lost connection? The internet is working. I'm literally using it. I've unplugged the router, unplugged the box, unplugged both plugs and still get the same error

I don't understand. What's happening and how can I stop it?

Hi @Transistorhero

Error YVM102 indicates that the TV box has lost its connection to the router, preventing access to on-demand content and catch-up services.

Are you using powerline adapters for the wired connection, or it a single Ethernet cable directly between the box/router?
Do you get the same error if you're connected via WIFI instead of Ethernet cable?

Please also go to Settings > Software Information > Update Software to ensure the box is running the latest firmware.

The powerline adaptors. I feel that makes it even more frustrating
