That means we can't find a TV subscription on your account. Make sure you select the correct broadband option (BT or EE) when logging in. If you've recently moved from BT broadband to EE broadband then you'll need to log out and then in again.
If you're with BT Broadband then you need to log into My BT and confirm you have the account on your profile and have Account Holder status.
If you're with EE Broadband then you just need to make sure your account is added to your EE ID.
