How to use NOW app for sky

New to EE TV, switched from sky. I have taken the ‘full works’ package with all sports channels included.

I've been able to set up discovery+ app to use to watch TNT sports.

It seems I need to use the NOW app to watch sky sports?

How do I activate or log in to that app? I have downloaded it but cant sign in with EE credentials, and there is no link to EE or link to the NOW app from within the EE website or app.

Honestly. This stuff should be easier.

You should have gotten an activation email to set up a new NOW TV account if you didn't already have one, or if you already do it would be linked to your existing NOW account. It should be as easy as that, as it all goes off of your email address.

If you try logging into NOW with your email address if you already have an account, or performing a password reset if you're not sure. Just ensure you do not create a new account through NOW's website.

If the above doesn't work, you will have to get in touch with EE as the email address may not have been entered correctly or the activation email simply did not come through.
