Hello
I I cannot use my Discovery sign in credentials to sign in to HBO (I subscribe to TNT via EE TV). Message keeps saying my email not recognised. Using the code method to activate always defaults to the e- mail sign on. Sometimes a route to use Prime video appears. Ideas please?

OK, I've cancelled your activation. Please open the EE app or web site, go to Plans & Subscriptions, and then start the activation for HBO Max again.

I have just logged into my Discovery plus account and then downloaded the HBO app on my TV and it logged in automatically as I had the app on my phone.
I used the same email and password so you must have entered the incorrect details or password.

@Malhamcl3 could you have used a different email address by mistake? Log into discovery+ to confirm the email address you were using, and then use that same email address for HBO Max.
If that doesn't work then we can cancel the activation to allow you to activate it again using the email address of your choice.

Yes I have tried signing out and back in to Discovery and the password and email were correct.
