HD channels not working

I called the ee line earlier today to add the HD & 4k add on to my package. The agent said it would be working within the hour. It's been several hours and it is still not working. I have reset the router and restarted the box but no luck. Can I get some assistance with this please?

Sorry @Cmall93 I can see you called again about this on Sunday, and they recognised that an order hadn't been successfully raised - unfortunately the order has failed to be raised again.  An issue with your account is preventing it from appearing on the correct system.

Unfortunately this isn't something I'm able to fix for you - you'll need to call the helpdesk again and insist that a fault is raised rather than them just trying to raise another order.
