Full Works for 3 months

Hi. I've just migrated my broadband and TV from BT to EE. It was my intention to retain my Big Sports package. The representative talked me into taking the  Full Works package. This was on the basis of a 3 month deal that was less than the cost of Big Sports. The suggestion was that the rep would contact me at the end of the 3 months to cancel Full Works and restore Big Sports.

It now suggests on the EE app that I'm signed up to Full Works at quite an additional cost for 2 years. Has anyone else got any experience of this type of offer? And does it work out?

Thanks.

With EETV, you are able to Flex your package every 30 days between the different TV packages. As a result of this you would be able to take the 3 month discounted offer and then switch to another of the TV packages without having to extend your contract.

It will not be a case of "cancelling" anything, it is a change of your TV Package that will need to be done.

I would not rely on the promise of a sales guide to call you back however.

It may be that you will need to call 150 for Customer Services yourself to ask them to Flex your TV pack to the Big Sport at the price available at that time. I don't believe the option to do this is available in the EE App yet, but it could be worth checking.

Just bear in mind when your bill generates and that you are charged for the month ahead, so if the 3 Month discount offer was to lapse before you changed your TV pack you would be charged the full £78 for the Full Works TV package until you change (flex) off that Package.

Many thanks. That is very helpful. Just need to make sure I don't miss the 3 month deadline.
