I’ve recently switched over all tv and broadband to EE. 
pro box glitches on any HD Chanel. 
I can’t get anyone to connect to that will help. 
now want to get out of contract as goods are not fit for purpose. 
can’t find how to do this or talk to anyone. Keep getting cut off!!

I'm sorry to hear the engineer hasn't shown up as expected @NigelWrightson. I'd recommend giving our team a call, so they can take a look and help you get this sorted.

How recently?

If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.

If it's only glitching on HD channels then it most likely means the wifi signal to your TV Box isn't strong enough to get sufficient bandwidth for them.  Your TV Box is currently offline, so I cannot test it to confirm.

We had an engineer booked to come today between 12 -2. He didn’t show up!!
