I ordered an extra box for the bedroom and I have still not received it. How long does it take to get them delivered please

When did you order it? It usually takes 3-4 working days. 

You should have received an email after your order and you can also track the order using the EE app. 

It will be recorded delivery so you should receive text notifications on the day it will be delivered by your local post office.

I ordered it on the 15th but not had any messages regarding delivery 

Unfortunately @Doylie80 I can see errors in your order, meaning that it has failed and become stuck.

Orders like this are automatically picked up by a specialist team who will tidy it up and then process it, however it can take a few days.  Alternatively, you can call up and chase it straight away.

Update:  a colleague has picked this up, and will fix the order for you.  You should receive an order confirmation email soon, which will set expectations on when the Extra Box will arrive.
