Error WM001

Hi, go about a week now when I try and watch EETv on a Win11 PC I get the above error. 

tried the obvious stuff, signed out and back in, removed and readded the device etc. 

Any pointers would be appreciated.

We're still unable to find the cause for your failure @alexthecamel however a new update is expected to be released this evening that will show you a better error message, and also log more information for us to see the cause.

If you could please try again tomorrow morning, we'll hopefully be able to see what's going on and fix it.

It's a strange one @alexthecamel as I cannot see any reason for the failure in our logs. I've asked the dev lead to take a look.

Wasn't working the next day but now seems to have returned to normal.

Appreciate your help. 

 

Hi there, I am also getting this message. It won't let me sign in at all, just goes back to the homepage with this error displayed.

I can't find an account for the email address you used for these forums @jasfromjupiter 

If you're on BT Broadband, please sign into www.bt.com/mybt and confirm that you can view your account/bill.

If you're on EE Broadband, please sign into https://id.ee.co.uk/ and confirm you can see your account/bill.

If you can manage your account on the relevant web site, then you should also be able to sign in.

If you still can't sort it, then email me at eetvsupport@ee.co.uk with your account number and the email address you're signing in with.
