Set up:

Full fibre 500 mbps.

EE Pro Box directly connected to EE Smart hub 2 with Ethernet. No issues on this box.

TP Link AV1300 Powerline adapter directly connected to yellow lan port on smart hub.

x2 EE TV box minis connected to AV 1300 Powerline adapter ‘receivers’.

All Ethernet cables are Cat5e and have been changed to rule out they are faulty.

When watching live TV on both EE TV mini boxes the programme regularly freezes followed by the fault code IPC6023. This only occurs on live TV all the apps work fine with no issues plus the Amazon Fire TV also works when connected to the same AV1300 Powerline adapter.

I have reset the boxes, reset the Powerline adapters, reset the router, checked for software and app updates, and reconnected the boxes to the automatic broadband connection through settings but still the fault occurs. The Powerline adapters at both ends are plugged directly into the wall sockets and no electrical appliances are nearby that could cause interference.

I am at my wits end with this. I have only been with EE TV for 4 weeks and have had to call their customer service more times in the last 2 weeks than I did in the 24 years that I was with Sky TV!!!

How's your box connected @Suco ?  Powerline adapters are no longer recommended, as there are so many ways that they can fail.

Hi @Suco - the fault on your line was found and fixed on Friday evening.  You should find that everything is working correctly now.
