When I log into my eetv mobile app and sign in it comes up with message saying subscription not found ,what do I do to rectify this

You need to make sure your TV subscription is paired with your login. If you have it on EE broadband then you just need to log into EE.co.uk and add your account to your profile.
If you have BT broadband then you also need to make sure you're the account holder, not the account manager:
