I recently received an email with an offer to get tnt sports at only £5 a month for the first six months then £25 a month thereafter, my partner and I agreed it was a great deal so instantly signed up, however just received our first bill and have been charged the full £25 for the TV, not impressed with this as during the sign up process I was given the expected total monthly cost of around £47 up until the offer ended. Anyone else had this issue

If you have an email stating your offer with your order give EE a call and dispute your bill.

I am sure they will be able to amend the bill or arrange some sort of agreement to resolve the issue.

Try using the EE app to check too. Your package will be stated on that and hopefully the price.
