Ee tv remote problems?

my Ee pro box and mini boxes were activated today along with the smart hub plus - seems ok apart from I can’t turn ant tv off or on  with the Ee remotes of change source button which is strange , means I will need to use 2 remotes

Mine wouldn't turn TV on or off but I found a simple solution just by holding the EE power button down for longer and it works perfect now

Just hooked up new EE TV Box Pro in lounge and mini box in bedroom.  Both remotes can control Samsung TV volume on older one in bedroom, but neither can control volume on lounge/newer Samsung 55” QLED UHD TV. Have done the Home/9 sync many times, no joy.

I have an issue with remotes. I have two remotes which both control the the box fine but one remote controls the tv volume and the other controls the box remote. Am I doing something wrong?

Something definitely doesn't sound right. Is one the EE TV remote and the other the TV remote or are you using a universal remote?

What have you got the remote set to in Settings/Remote on the EETV device, TV or Set Top Box?

What is the EETV device we are talking about here?

What is the make and model of TV that you are trying to control?

What is the make and model of each remote you are using?

Hey does anyone know of an all for one remote which might be worth considering. I have a Sony TV, EE pro tv and a Yahama receiver for sound. I have been sent my 4th remote now as they seem to pacify you as a customer by sending you something. I was livid at the end of last week. 

I hate using 2 remotes !! Why is something so simple so hard to fix. Sky sorted the issue out 10 years ago. Feel like i have back 10 years in time
