My Ee tv box has stopped connecting to the Internet. I have tried all the suggested fixes. My TV connects to the Internet without the box, so the fault must be with the box ?

When did you last use it @Judyb61 ? Our records suggest it hasn't been online since May. I'd recommend trying a full factory reset: https://ee.co.uk/help/tv-sport/fix-problem/how-to-reset-your-ee-tv-box
