EPG flashing "No information available"

For several weeks now I've been having an issue that's affecting the EPG and live pausing etc. 

The EPG is unstable and constantly flashes between the EPG info and then either blank details or "No information available" every few seconds and renders it pretty much unusable.

I'm wondering whether it is related to live pausing as I think it started not long after I tried using that function, which has also become unstable now too.

I've tried unplugging the device from the mains but I'm reluctant to do a factory reset unless totally necessary.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any other suggestions?

Have you had chance to look at the video I sent through @DarrenDev ? 

Apologies - I meant to reply to the email yesterday.  A specialist is looking at it - he has a theory on the possible cause, but he'll be in touch next week (he's off today).

Hi @DarrenDev, is there any update on this? I've not heard anything. 

@David-TVTech has joined the forum to help out directly with TV Box issues. Hopefully he'll have an update for you next week.

@DarrenDev / @David-TVTech  - any update on this? It's getting on for 3 weeks since my original post and it feels as though the box is getting more and more unreliable. If it's easier to send a replacement then that's fine, or if there's a better way to handle this then let me know.
