Hi, I’ve recently setup an Apple TV and like a few other people on here when I try and use the EETV app it’s saying ‘we couldn’t find an account’ and displaying error code AAU910.
In the TV Provider area of settings I’m logged in to EE correctly and have the ‘Allow TV Provider to access’ set to On
Is anyone able to fix this for me please like I’ve seen happen for a few other people who have had the same problem (looks like DarrenDev who fixed this for other people is not active at the moment)

Darren has left EE.
If it is an apple TV box for EE and your activation date has passed you'll need to try calling and raising a complaint for assistance.
Other EE agents help on here, hopefully they respond after the bank holidays .

Thanks, it’s just the normal Apple TV box - not the EE one

@SheilaBaptie you can’t have full blown EE TV on your own supplied Apple TV
You do have access to some of the things, but you don’t get Live TV. All the things you can have you can download the various apps for.
The EE Apple TV box is registered via EE to receive the subscription that you have to EE TV, your Apple TV box isn’t and can not be.

As @Chris_B says you won't get EE TV with that then if it doesn't come from EE.
The catch up apps provide access to their streaming channels.
There is an app called TV launcher that for a one off cost that will give you the same sort of experience.

And comes with a special EETV remote, not the standard Apple one.
