@Ryanjmurray Are you taking out Sky stream via EE or are you taking out EE TV these are two different subscriptions services
You need to read THIS about Now TV as it sounds like you’ve taken out the EE TV with you saying you have Now TV which is available via EE TV,
And you might want to read THIS

It sounds like they have sold you a Box Pro and two Box Minis.
Two things you should know; there is no Disney+ available, and you cannot make a recording on the Box Pro and play it back on a Box Mini, unlike Sky, where you can. If neither of these things is a job stopper for you, we can proceed.
Yes, you get the principal Sky Channels via Now, with the same stratification by Entertainment, Cinema, and Sports as separate subscriptions. You can watch on one device at a time in 720p and stereo as standard, or you can buy Boost and watch on two devices at once in 1080p (HD) and 5.1 surround. Ultra Boost - 3 devices, UHD and Dolby, which direct Now customers already have available to them, is coming to Now on EETV, but we don’t know when.
One nice trick that EETV has up its sleeve, is that all these channels can be watched live in the EPG, as well as in the Now app, you can record any channel from the EPG, and you can get three simultaneous Now sessions, if you take the third one from the EPG.
With Sports, you can get TNT as well as Sky channels.
And no, you can’t access Sky Store; but you can access the EETV Store, which performs very much the same function.
Anything else I can tell you about?

@Midnight_Voice Now TV is 2 devices at any one time. Netflix is 1 device.

Thanks for the correction. Above, I should more correctly have said:-
“One nice trick that EETV has up its sleeve, is that all these channels can be watched live in the EPG, as well as in the Now app, you can record any channel from the EPG, and you can get two simultaneous Now sessions, or three with Boost, if you take the extra one from the EPG.”
I always think that talking about that extra session without qualifying it is a bit of a swiz though, as of the two sessions that non-Boost EETV can get, one has to be live from the EPG, on an EETV device,
It’s not quite like the two sessions that Boost customers get, which can be on any devices, and both can be on demand if they so wish.
