Turned off TV while I had some supper.
When I returned, I couldn't access subscription channels. Tried to find out whether via my mobile whether there was a TV service outage in my area, to have displayed at me, "This service isn't working right now" and to try again later. I don't think I'll bother. I think I got my answer.

Is it working any better this morning for you? If you're still having problems, it may be worth trying the EE TV status and checking the software is up to date. Instructions for both of these are here on our Unable to Watch or Access Subscription TV Channels help page.
