EE broadband, TNT for sky, how do I access discovery plus on phone app?

Hi

im a former BT broadband user that is technically switched to EE. I had BT sports with app for sky but have cancelled this and got it through EE. How do I now access the phone app? My former log ins don’t work and which way do I now ‘activate it? I have it on my sky but cannot access it on my mobile?

When migrating from BT to EE, the discovery+ account is automatically updated to pick up the new EE account - you shouldn't need to activate again.

Looking at your account @York310 I can confirm that our system shows that it migrated successfully. The discovery+ account that you activated in November 2024 is still active now.

We're unable to see what email address you used for your account.  It's worth trying a password reset on the email address you'd prefer to use.  If that doesn't work, then email me at eetvsupport@ee.co.uk with your account number, and I can reset it to allow you to activate again with the email address of your choice.

Generally when you switch from BT to EE you will need to reactivate it via your myEE so they know who is paying the bill.  However the log ins would still work regardless of if the content will play, if you are sure of the email address I would reset the password or you won't be able to activate it again as you need to log into the account you want to link.
