My new EE tv boxes have arrived although my new broadband contract with EE doesn’t start time monday. Do I wait til Monday to plug it all in or can I plug in the tv box now then reconnect to new router on Monday?

You'll get the best experience if you want until next week.

You could set them up now, but a lot of stuff won't work and you'll need to factory reset the boxes again on Monday.
