EE TV remote not working

How can I buy a replacement EE TV remove ours is broken. Changed Battery, tried resetting. Turned TV off and on etc definitely broken.

Give EE a call and they should replace it if it is a manufacturer issue.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
