hi all
anyone able to help, I have placed 2 orders for EE tv in the past few weeks, first one was cancelled at warehouse. today was meant to be my 2nd activation date and surprise surprise same issue cancelled again at warehouse. I have spent countless hours in the past few weeks emailing, chatting and calling EE and being escalated to managers but with no avail.
any one else had the same issue ?

It's probably of little consolation to you, but just to let you know - your orders haven't actually been cancelled by the warehouse. It's just a system error that has left you in this difficult position.
Orders for EE TV on EE Broadband are entered into a new system, and then (for now) get automatically copied across to an older system to actually then be processed. With your order attempts so far, they're failing to get copied across - this means your order never actually exists on a system capable of processing it, but the agent thinks it all went through successfully.
This is a known issue affecting very specific combinations of products - from what I can tell, I think it's related to the Full Works 4K package? Is that what you ordered? Ideally the agent you're speaking to on the phone should be aware of this issue, and can instead raise the order with a different package, and then update it afterwards.
I can only apologise, and say that this fault is being worked on at the very highest priority at the moment.
