I am doing g this yo make u all aware of a new scam. 

  1. Very new. Scammwrs spoofed your number and can either make  calls using it or as In my case send 411 international text message. Yes thats right 411. I had to pay over £100 127 to be exact. EE REFUSED TO SEE IT AS A SCAM. I HAD TO PAY. HOWBON EARTJ CSN ANYOBE FO THAT IN 3 DAYS. I COULDNT. I AM DISABLED AND HAVE ARTHRITIC HANDS. EE HANDLED THIS BADLY. LACK OF COMMUNICATION. DID ONLINE CHATS NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. BUT ONCE I MADE A COMPAINT IN WRITING  THEY RANG ME BACK IN 24  LESS THE HOURS. REFUSED THAT I HAD SENT SENT THE MESSAGES. SAID I HAD SIGNED UP TO A TEXTI G SERVICE. NOPE NO IDEA WHAT THEY R. SO I ASKED FOR A DEAD LOCK LETTER. BTW ACTION FRAUD SAYS ITS A NEW SCAM. EE RESOUTION TEAM SAID NO. I AM SO ANGRY WITH EE. BEEN A CUSTOMER 14 YEARS PLUS NOWMS THIS HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS LOYAL ONES.  

Another thing dds got cancelled confusion arose too. So June's paymemt wasn't made

 A dd had been set up but i have no idea what went wrong. Finally one sat morning 3 calls in got it sorted. Even the ee guide was confused. 

TO SAY I AM DISSAPOINTRD IS AM UNDERSTATMEMT. I THINK EVERY EE CUSTOMER NEEDS TO BE AWARE OF THIS NEW SCAM

 UNLESS U CHECK YOUR APP AND LETS FACE DOES ANYONE USUALLY FL THAT I KNOW I DIDNT. NOW I DO.  I DIDNT KNOW TILL MY BILL WAS PAID . SHOCKED WASNT IN IT.  EE HAVE TO READLISE THIS IS A SCAM. A VERY SNESKY ONE.  So all u ee customers watch out. I know of one instance where a lady had to pay over a grand. Its out there becareful.

No i didn't change my number wats the point. 

A bit of a side note. I sm 65 disabled with lupus sle and fibromyalgia.  I have had a huge glare cos of ees attitude towards this. Its not right and needs puting right. The onbudsman are on my case now do hopefully it will be a good outcome.

If your account is in deadlock and with the ombudsman, we'd need to wait for a decision from them before we can look into the issue further for you.

I know about spoofing. Had my ll spoofed ages ago. I am. Still waiting  on the onbudman. I rhi know thry will go in my favour too. Its z scam and ee gave to recognise it as one.
