Solved: Re: EE TV error code AAU913 - The EE Community

I can’t watch TV through my Apple TV 4K provided by EE. I am getting the error code AAU913. This has been working fine over the past month and today I turn it on to get this error. Internet is working fine and all other apps on the Apple TV 4K box are working!!

Best call EETV support and ask them:-

From your EE mobile

From any other phone

Calls are free from an EE number. Charges may apply if you call from another network.

*Longtime YouView box owner & broadband customer (was BT now EE), but only recently a full EETV subscriber*
