EE TV box pro

So I have we TV box which I've had around 12 months but I can't download apps like Disney plus, I've had a look and believe you can have Disney plus on a EE TV box pro, how would I get a new box please?

@Xemma2109x You can not add apps to the pro box. There is no new box and there is no App Store to get apps from. Disney haven’t even created an app for the box. All apps are created for the operating system of the device, If/when Disney do such a thing it’ll automatically get installed when you view push out an update for the box.
