Thanks. I've copied the data now.
I've requested the latest database update for the remote control - I'll update here when I have an answer.

Can you please let me know the TV model? The data from your TV doesn't specify it.

Hi any update on this?

Just had an response this morning. They've confirmed that your TV model is supported, and they've run a simulation using the data from your TV to confirm that it still works. We're seeking further clarification on more point, just to be sure.
Can you please check the Settings on your TV Box - there's a Bluetooth Remote section. Can you please confirm the firmware version of your remote, and also confirm that it's set to control your TV.

Just to absolutely check for sure - you're using Home+9 (not Home+7) to reset the remote, and the light flashes green 3 times?

Yes, correct

OK, so I'm being told that you should use Home+7 to force the remote to pair with the TV Box. It's only when paired with the TV Box that it's then able to pair with the TV too.
I've also been told that the Bluetooth needs more power than IR, so please try new batteries in it and then press Home+7.
We need that Settings screen to show paired, otherwise it's not going to be able to control the TV.
