It won't be a national outage - it sounds like your TV box does not realise its connected to the internet fully.  Its odd its only effecting the apps but still.  I would firstly refresh your connection in settings go to the Broadband connection option and reconnect via there.  Failing that I would power off your broadband fully for 3 minutes along with your TV box and turn everything back on and that should fit it.  If you are using a set of power line adapter plugs to connect your TV box and broadband box together then a reset of these would also be a good idea.

Hi @Stevemutton123

Is it  perhaps YVM900 rather than MVM900 error code.

(any EE personel reading may wish to feedback that the error code list on support pages are missing some error code)

You mention a series of issues and doing resets.

Error code explanations often indicate the most likely causes of the error rather than the full range of possible causes.

If you did a full reset then as part of the subsequent ox setup would be an acceptance of various  t&c 's  including those of Youview. If that was missed then subsequently in use it would create a scenario where some services (eg apps)  would not function.

Alternatively there might be a problem at the Youview end if you believe your own in house connections are fine.

I would suggest a  further full factory reset and subsequent report each and every fault you subsequently  encounter.
