Hi folks. I had EE TV and EE broadband installed today. The broadband is working great.
I hadn't realised the option for Apple TV instead of the TV Box Pro was available when I ordered. I would much rather use an apple tv vs the TV Box Pro.
I just called EE to try and swap the TV box for an Apple TV and I had a really frustrating experience. It wasn't that they couldn't do it, but they didn't seem to understand that the physical Apple TV was an option at all, and instead kept trying to sell me the 6 months free Apple TV+ subscription.
Can someone let me know the process I need to follow to try and get the TV Box Pro swapped for an Apple TV? Like I say I just had EE on the phone tell me "we don't provide physical Apple TV boxes, just the subscription for Apple TV+" which is obviously wrong.
Thanks for any advice.

Turns out the trick was just calling again and speaking to someone else. Sorted.
