Hello
I have an EE TV Box Pro which generally works very well.
However about once every 2 weeks for no apparent reason, the box stops responding to the remote. The blue indicator lights, but nothing happens. Trying the remote re- pairing methods of 9 plus Home and 7 plus Home have no effect.
The only remedy is to remove the power supply, then replace it to force a reboot, after which all is fine till next time it happens.
Is this a known issue, and are there any fixes?

Sounds like the Box is faulty; best get on to EETV to see what can be done.

Sorry for the late acknowledgement of your reply.
I think you are right, and the box is faulty. Now I am seeing quite a lot of tearing and pixelation on recorded programmes. Looks like a poor signal but the actual aerial signal is good.
Time to replace the bix i think!
