EE TV BOX PRO has factory reset itself x 3 in last few months. Do I need new one

Yes. Contact EETV for a swap.

Do not allow them to use this as a pretext to start a new contract, nor to swap you from BT to EE.

*Longtime YouView box owner & broadband customer (was BT now EE), but only recently a full EETV subscriber*
