EE TV APP AW908 Error

Hey All

I have a large library of BT Films I purchased before I had to move to a different providers due to a lack of coverage. Now I am still able to access all my 100 movies but on a number of titles I am now unable to download them, even though they have been fully paid for . The Error code is AW908.  - Sorry - there's a problem. The number of times you can download is restricted .

Now I have no other devices with this download on it and when I purchased the film I was not told it was a restricted number of downloads .

I have may other films like this .

You're limited on the number of devices that you can download a movie to at the same time - otherwise you could just share your username and password and give everyone in the UK free access to it.  If you delete the download from within the app, then it allows you to download it again on a different device.  If you uninstall the app without deleting the download then it won't free up that asset for download again (as we don't get told when you uninstall apps).

You're welcome to email me at tv.apps@ee.co.uk with your account number and the assets that are now blocked from download - I can then free them up on this one occasion, but please be careful in future to delete them properly when changing devices.
