I’ve just had my tv box connected by an tv engineer who had it going perfectly. I’m 80 and not technically minded but have had no probs with my tv up to now. I cannot change from my original apps on my tv using the original handset to the EE apps using the EE handset. I keep getting the no signal message. Also there is no lights on the EE box. Please someone help as I rely on my tv.

What happens if you press the big EE button at the top of the EE TV remote? You should see the light on the remote, and the front of the box light up. Most TVs will then automatically switch to that signal too.

thank you for your reply Darren. I actually called EE for help as I was so frustrated. After a thorough analysis of the problem by two brilliant helpful people they have decided I have a faulty box and will send an engineer out on Monday. I’m very impressed with the service I’ve received so far.
