So set up the TV main box and all is working fine now issues.
come to set up the mini box on a second TV and followed all instructions and I have 0 TV channels. It’s not giving me any options to retune but I have done a factory reset and still get nothing.
the apps appear to work just not the channels!

Hi @Kolakubez
Welcome to the community.
If you go into the settings, does it show that the box software is up to date?
There is also some handy steps on our Missing Freeview channels on EE TV help page.
If these steps don't work, I'd recommend giving our EE TV guides a call, who can look into this further for you.

@Kolakubez The EE Box Mini does not support an aerial feed so all EPG (guide) channels both Free to air and subscription channels would be Ip mode delivered . So you would not get a Retune option on the Box Mini in the Settings.
If convenient you may wish to temporarily try the Box Mini in place of your Box Pro. ( I would suggest powering off the Box Pro if you try this).
BEFORE doing this can I ask if your main box is working successfully on its subscription channels as that would indicate that your EETV subscription is active.

Hi there
so I did try the mini box on the tv where the box pro is and still didn’t pick up any channels!
all the iPlayer apps work fine and it does show it is connected to the internet.
main box is working fine no issues, just can’t get the tv channels on the mini box.

OK the fact that 0 channels are appearing in the Box Mini but normal numbers are appearing on the Box Pro in the same location seems to suggest that the difference may be due to how the location of the boxes are determined by Youview/EE when the respective boxes are initially setup. Qualification I don’t have a Box Mini so it’s not first hand experience here.
Youview/EE would need to determine both that it was connected to a broadband line with a current EETV subscription and the location of the Box Mini to load the relevant channels in the box EPG with their correct channel number .. eg National/Regional variations exist. It is possible that different criteria/ lookup method apply to the Box Mini to that of the Box Pro , the Box Pro was launched earlier than the Box Mini which launched in the Ipmode era.
Does look like you will need to get support from EE technical support support. .. possible causes include , box fault , WiFI quality issues , installation location data as determined by Box Mini incorrect.
Good Luck
