I have a Disney+ account, will the app be made available on the ee TV box?

I think it would useful to point us to where people can vote / request this integration or even a roadmap of what is being worked on... it is the modern way and certainly ensures dev time is used on things your customers actually want. Just my tuppence.

I know that all customers to new EE TV will be relatively new customers, but with TV contract increases for next year already being announced coming out at £1.50 a month (https://www.ispreview.co.uk/index.php/2024/04/isp-bt-and-ee-introduce-new-uk-pricing-policy-for-cust...) , it would be good to get further improvements to our services whether it be new apps on YouView, transition from YouView or new channels so that we feel that the increases are worthwhile.
I get that there has been big changes from the end of last year, but it would be good to keep this going.
Being a previous BT TV Customer (weerab1983 on BT forums) for many years I realise that EE won't release news to customers before it happens, and this can be frustrating

As a current BT TV and long term BT community user like @Weerab2024 , I wouldn’t waste your time or energy asking for additions to EE TV or explanations about functionality or design decisions, or trying to make recommendations for improvements.

Exactly, their communication strategy isn't going to change.
As it is with BT I think its a case you get what your given, but if anything does change it will come out of the blue lol

I was also told this..I asked the question specifically because I've been with sky over for 20 years and wanted exactly the same service. I was lied to and sold a product that isn't what I wanted.

Hi @Carlm62.
Welcome to the EE Community!
What exactly was it you were offered when you took out EE TV?
We've never advertised this as having Disney+ included, so did you explicitly ask what was featured?
Also where was it you initially placed your order?

Disney+ is available on the EETV AppleTV box, but not on the Box Pro and the Box Mini.
I think this can sometimes be too fine a distinction for the sales staff to make, leading to mis-selling of its availability 😢
Like YouTube before it, though, it’s not a matter I would sweat for months and years on end if I had it on other devices, or could add a £40 Roku or Firestick to my armoury.

@Kel51e You wanted exactly the same as Sky but from a different provider and obviously cheaper than sky. Where do I start with this.
